Well that gas station was built on a contaminated site (I'm assuming that is the one on Haverhill). They have to pay for the environmental remediation somehow.
By the way, it's really sad that I could pick that location out from a cell pic obscured by raindrops. That station wasn't even there when I lived in Toledo, so it's not like I saw it everyday.

Yep...and if they only knew the person who took the photo works for a company who does environmental remediation.
